We first prepare the working area so we can effeminately work yet manage the debris and dust we create as a result and basically keep the working area clean and neat out of respect for your home.
When installing a hardwood floor we always first make sure the subfloor is in the good condition to install a hardwood floor.
The subfloor should be at a minimum 3/4" plywood material. The subfloor should be structurally sound, flat, smooth, dry, level, clean and free of foreign material such as dust, paint, grease solvents, oils, any material sitting on top of the subfloor.
Subfloor preparation should always be done at room temperature of at least 68° F (20° C). see subfloor preparation.
We always use quality materials and observe proper installation practices such as using the proper nails, proper nailing techniques.
We always keep you the customer informed of our work and we are not done till you are not satisfied, satisfied is not good enough. We want your to be happy over joyed with the results.
We also always clean up the work area so that your home is in better condition than when we started.
